What does a graduate role look like at SEAWAY? 

We offer a variety of graduate opportunities and pathways across our Melbourne offices in Southbank, Melbourne Airport & Altona North. 

You will be placed in an operations position in one of the following business units: Export Sea Freight, Import Sea & Air, Export Air Freight or Warehousing. Once appointed, you will be given comprehensive on the job training where you will learn the fundamentals and key responsibilities of an Operator in your allocated business unit. This will include but is not limited to documentation, customer service, administration, and ensuring compliance with domestic & international regulations.

Eligibility Requirements 
  • Valid Driver Licence & access to a car 
  • Completed Bachelor's degree (or expecting to graduate in 2024) 
  • Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with unrestricted working rights 
  • Available to work full-time working hours Monday to Friday 
  • Passion for the industry 
  • Reliable and punctual 
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
