Craig is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the SEAWAY Group and also serves on its Board of Directors. Craig leads a skilled workforce of over 600 employees servicing a broad customer base across major market sectors including Food & Beverage, Marine, Energy, Mining and Healthcare.
Craig has been at the forefront of the Group's steady growth for over 25 years and has spearheaded the company’s transformation from a traditional shipping agency into one of Australia’s largest diversified transport and logistics providers.
Having grown up in a regional farming community, Craig has always had a deep connection to agriculture and exporting Australia’s produce to the world.

Paul is the Chief Operations Officer of the SEAWAY Group and a member of its Board of Directors, entrusted with steering the business towards its strategic objectives.
With a background as a Certified Practising Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Paul oversees mergers & acquisitions and provides operational guidance across the Group. Paul is dedicated to fostering a safe and efficient workplace for all, while finding ways to continually improve planning and delivery strategies.
Beyond his professional commitments, Paul remains actively involved in community and rural sporting clubs, this reflects his dedication to both corporate leadership and community engagement.

Alan is the Executive General Manager - Shipping Agencies and is also Director of the SEAWAY Board.
An accomplished professional with over 30 years’ experience in Liner shipping, international trade and logistics, Alan leads the Agency team in developing and implementing strategies to ensure the sustained success of SEAWAY’s international Principals. Alan has also held senior roles at industry associations.
As Chief Risk Officer, Alan also guides the Group’s strategic vision, overseeing SEAWAY’s risk management framework.
Prior to joining SEAWAY, Alan performed senior commercial roles at several Shipping Lines including Mediterranean Shipping Company.

Blair is the Executive General Manager for the Sea Freight Logistics pillar and known for his friendly character and respect for the business heritage. With an intrinsic knowledge of SEAWAY’s entire business coupled with his passion for building and servicing customer relationships Blair believes growth comes from the collaboration and shared goals of our people combined with service excellence.
Blair has 25 years’ experience in the supply chain industry across Australia, New Zealand & Europe. Blair has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in International Business & Managing Services.

Greg Paradine is the Executive General Manager – Intermodal within the SEAWAY Group and is a member of the SEAWAY Risk Committee.
Greg leads the Seaway Intermodal group and has extensive experience within the logistics sector having previously held Senior Executive roles with Maersk and various major international freight forwarders.
SEAWAY Intermodal operates over 10 dedicated containerised rail services a week across 3 rail terminals servicing regional Victoria and Queensland. These rail services and terminals provide a ‘Hub and Spoke’ transport model supported by SEAWAY Intermodal’s ambient and refrigerated warehousing, transport and project logistics operations, playing a key role in Australia’s agricultural commodity exports.

With a diverse background in the manufacturing, financial services and technology industries Jacinta McMonagle, our Head of Human Resources, has been an integral part of SEAWAY’s success since joining our team in 2005.
Working closely with our senior leadership team, Jacinta leads our HR and Payroll departments in developing and maintaining people and culture programmes that reflect our values, support our growth strategies and above all, ensure we are continuously evolving as an employer of choice in our field.
Jacinta sits on several committees within the business where she uses her long-standing knowledge of our people and business to influence and effect change that meets the objectives of the business and maintains our high standards of employee safety, satisfaction and engagement.

As CFO of SEAWAY, Paul is responsible for the financial management of the Group, including strategic planning, forecasting, risk management, driving profitability and financial analysis.
Paul oversees the operations of a large finance team and has managed the expansion of this function since joining the Group in 2010. Prior to that, he worked in tax, consultancy and retail sectors.
His expertise in financial planning and strategic management has been an instrumental part of the long-term success and steady growth of the SEAWAY business.

Adrian is the Head of Business Improvement. The Business Improvement team are challenged with finding efficiencies across all areas of the Seaway Group following the motto, SEAWAY – A Better Way.
He has 20 years of industry experience with his background being in operations. This background, along with his strong understanding of systems allows him to be the perfect person to head up the Business Improvement team.

Legal Counsel
Craig is the General Counsel of the SEAWAY Group and is responsible for the oversight of the Group’s legal function. Craig is also the SEAWAY Group Company Secretary ensuring compliance with the Group’s regulatory requirements and providing advice to the Board on governance matters.
With over 20 years as a legal practitioner, Craig has worked in private practice and has extensive experience as in-house counsel. He has also served as a director and company secretary in the NFP sector.
