SEAWAY have an exciting opportunity for an experienced operator to join our friendly, dynamic and welcoming Export Seafreight team.
Conveniently located in Southbank, this position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Export Operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously and can manage a diverse workload.

Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Coordinate the entire end to end Export Seafreight process
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, transport and warehousing providers and overseas agencies
- Liaising with operational teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments, ensuring any service issues are actioned and resolved
- Accurate invoice generation
- Database management and administration
- End to end management of export documentation
- Raising RFP’s and liaising with DAWR to clear shipments
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics Operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain or International Trade
- Proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Cargowise One experience is preferred but not essential
