Administration Assistant

Working closely with the Network Express Airway Team, our ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, have excellent communication skills and very importantly, have a can-do attitude towards their work. 

About the role:

This Administration Assistant position will focus on providing a wide range of support to our Finance and Accounts Payable teams, to deliver operational efficiencies. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance or administration, with plenty of growth opportunities within the scope of this role as well as internal opportunities within the AIRWAY Group. 
Working closely with the Office Manager your initial tasks will cover the following:
  • Assistance with the coordination, compilation, uploading and checking of data for Company databases and applications, logistics reports, data collation, and kpi information
  • Ensure communication with customers is professional, prompt, accurate, and timely 
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as and where required.
  • Updating systems, maintaining data integrity 
  • Allocating and actioning various customer service queries 
  • Reviewing AP files 
  
About You – Selection Criteria: If you possess a combination of the following characteristics, we’d love to hear from you! 
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Professional Customer Service and/or Administration Experience 
  • Strong eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills 
  • Good initiative and proactive in nature 
To really stand out, you might also possess a finance qualification, have experience working in a corporate office environment and/or intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
