The Role
As an Invoicing Operator you will help ensure that invoices are generated in an accurate and a timely manner, identify errors and implement corrections action to avoid reoccurrence. This is a pivotal role that plays into the overall success of the Import Sea & Air division.

As an Invoicing Operator you will help ensure that invoices are generated in an accurate and a timely manner, identify errors and implement corrections action to avoid reoccurrence. This is a pivotal role that plays into the overall success of the Import Sea & Air division.
What will your average day involve?
- Prepare and process invoices for clients
- Input data into relevant systems and ensure data integrity is maintained
- Manage invoicing and prepare various reports as directed
- Maintain high quality customer service in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with imports team, account holders and internal staff
- Manage high volume of emails and phone calls
- Work closely with team members on a daily basis and provide backup support to each other to manage seasonal volumes

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Freight Forwarding
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of import documentation requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and adaptable learner
- Experience using Wisetech Global will be highly regarded
